excellent staff, immaculate room, in general i thoroughly enjoyed this modern hotel. location: the property was short walk to knokke and bruges, beautiful nature and knokke-heist. lucky that it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from sparky's grill, offering food to go.

We had a beautiful standard double room with comfortable bed and well equipped bathroom. The location was quiet there, in a rural farming area.

We stayed here for New Year's and the breakfast was okay, but what we really liked was the warm and cozy fireplace in the lounge area. Another positive aspect was the fact that there was plenty of parking available on-site. the location was also convenient for exploring nearby towns.

We were disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the room. the bathroom had not been properly cleaned and there were hairs on the floor and in the shower.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was one of the best we have ever had, from the variety of food to the quality of ingredients. The location was perfect for cycling, with cycle tracks available to explore the surrounding areas, including nearby cities.

Spent a lovely New Year's Eve with my family at an eco-boutique hotel in the Belgian countryside. The converted farm building was so fascinating! We enjoyed a cozy family lounge area with a beautiful log fire that kept us warm on a chilly night. The breakfast surprised us with a remarkable selection of high-quality local products, including one of the best boiled eggs we've eaten - yum!

The hotel was a bit difficult to find and isolated from the village, so a car was necessary to explore the area. Additionally, the rural location meant there wasn't much to do outside of the hotel, and some extra attention to detail, like restocking toilet paper, would have made our stay even more comfortable.
